wow me too

cept i use it for <, >, ", and : as well
forget that, pinky finger + ring finger on left hand are my shift fingers, I use them for all shifting.
I never use right shift lol

my computer teacher in 6th grade threatened to make me redo all of the typing teacher thing we had if i didn't start using home row
despite me having completed all of the lessons by the 3rd day

I dunno about you but from what i used to do in computing classes was learn to type like that, whether you were going to use it or not the point was that is what they were teaching, also in essays and stuff you would get marks off for not doing it properly, but maybe that's just my school.

wait

there's a right shift key??

Home row was made for middle aged people who don't know where the keys are.

wait

there's a right shift key??

I use right shift to capitalize

Left shift to sprint, lol

I don't have a specific typing style, I just make my fingers hover throughout the keyboard, making them go wherever I need them to go.

I don't think I have ever used right shift for anything ever. Such a useless key.

I can't stop thinking of some weird research video that had to do with a substitute teacher.

I don't think anyone who plays fps games uses the home row.

I use the home row, and also I use the right shift key for capitalizing everything.

I'm not even sure where I rest my hands. Nevermind I just use my two index fingers for every button. I always use right shift with my right index and then use left index to hit the letter.

tell your teacher to a type off on typeracer and if she wins, you will resort to typing on home row.

Home row is for little kids. Once you take advantage of it, you learn and you don't need to stay on the home row. That's how I did it...
