Author Topic: Zelda Bomb?  (Read 2970 times)

I think it would lock to the brick grid.
Not necessarily. I originally planned to do an evented (bombs too) Bomberman minigame but never really finished it because I lacked a projectile that would go through bricks.

All yes, except the bowling idea.

You haven't played Skyward Sword? Or is it just the way you bowl it?

Bump until its too late! This idea is too great to die.
I loving love Zelda series, we need more of it in Add-Ons section!

Maybe instead it could be like the Frag Grenade, except the projectiles are invisible and the explosion itself won't do damage. Then you could just event the brick to OnProjectileHit.

Yeah save the ideas for how it will work for people who are good at scripting, because there are far better ways to do it.
Such as a containerRadiusSearch

I'd love to do this but it looks like a few people have gotten to it first.

is containerRadiusSearch really a 'people who are good at scripting' thing, it's pretty basic imo

or at least pretty easy-to-use, just maybe somewhat lesser-known

Maybe not 'people who are good at it' but 'people who know more about it'
Yeah it is pretty easy

it's pretty much a function call and a loop in most cases.  :cookieMonster:

I just mean for people who don't script, they may not think of it.
And it would definitely be more than just firing a bunch of projectiles

Then people could destroy bomb-walls with their sword :P

False: Theres a VCE mod called lastProjectile
SwordProjectile and whatnot
lets you detect what kind of projectile hit the brick.
