I changed the default smiley face in my base folder. Anyone who had textures enabled was able to see the face on my server.

I never noticed that.  What did you do to it exactly?  (I always have dl textures on)

This would require forcing the ENTIRE SERVER to download it, every time some guy wanted to be his horrible face he made.

Make it so you could download peoples faces when you enter the server. (and when new people connect you start downloading it automaticly)

What's the point of it if everyone with a brain is going to turn it off? Nobody wants to join a server full of goatse / BDSM love avatars. If you're going to keep pushing this then you're going to be disappointed. This has been requested 1,000 times before and every single damn time the final answer was "No, it's impossible and outrageous."
