If we do skyscraper, which I was working on today, it would need:
Offices for clan members, and vacant offices.
Conference room.
Auditorium.(2 floors high, only about 48 to 64 big)
court room for disputes and bills
fire stairs
Maybe even plain old offices
Blueprint room/chalkboardroom/ idea proposal
Planning room/floor: Dedicated to minimodels, has to be Large). If we are short on room or want to get rid of some we just simply duplicate it to the builds itself.

Secret hanger
mess hall for laughs
coffee machines. lots of coffee machines.
A few other things
also: Archives room. Basically a library. Clan's history, where we hope to go, archive of members, thier BL IDs, their forum account, a blurb written about them, and past/future projects. (Important stuff bros). And IDEAS for future.
The shell of the building is 10 floors. It has 2 elevators. I should add more.
A more organized Draft:
Roof: Heli pad, maybe a runway >:D
Floor 10:Higher up offices, or just clan member offices in general. Conference/Breifing room(Can also be used as court room, or if you guys want we can make a separate room for it) in center. Possible location of secret hanger.
Floor 9:Archive Room/ Clan Library. Vacant space for cubicles/ office space.
Floor 7 and 8:"Worker level:" Blue printing room, Event testing room, mini model building. Some of floor 7 will be almost like a generator room, with master light switches/power, as well as security. This may have to be moved to top floor and some offices down here. I haven't decided yet, this is all wip still.
Floor 6: Possibly security room down here?
Floor 5: Armory/Gun range for something to do.
Floor 4: Classes (Including larger rooms for building tips/classes.)
Floor 3:Extra room for offices?
Floor 2:Auditorium,
Floor 1:Auditorium, plaques, member list, achievements, FOUNTAIN!!! Possibly mess hall, if there is room.
SUBLEVEL:Parking.
This is just a layout of some of the stuff I want to have, the order of floors and where rooms are is subject to change. The top two floors are pretty much staying. I also tried to group related stuff.
