Depends, I can. Certain things can set me off more than others. For example if I feel like a friend is deserting/betraying me I get into this really depressive/angry state.

When I get like that I usually drive around randomly blasting my audio system.

See I get extremely melancholy and blast my radio to try and clear my head from that.
