If you mean MSE deleting the file, then just turn it off until you install the game.
It's more likely than not just a false positive.

Some anti-viruses(looking towards McCaffe in particular) overreact to any new file it finds on your hard-drive, and send you a bunch of threats and warnings and stuff probably without even checking to see if the program is actually malicious.

Grrrr... Okay now I got the game running, and then I try to login when it says "Unknown Account".

Okay... Tried everything, different username, put in e-mail, different password. Nuts.
Then I go onto the site and "Register" and put the same stuff as I did in the login page, and it says "Name and E-mail already in use".

Help me.

You gotta wait for account to be unlocked which takes a little longer so you might get it sometime this week or today
