Yes.

Motherboard: ~200
Graphics Card: ~250
RAM: ~40
Processor: ~310
HD: ~150
Power Supply: ~100
Plus other things, such as speakers, a case, moniter, mouse and stuff.

That would be around $1,000 - $1,100
Specs?
Lol.
For a computer that would play everything on max (not talking good quality), you'd be looking at about
$40 case
$100 PSU
$70 mobo
$120 CPU
$40 RAM
$80 HDD
~$300 GPU

Of course if you were spending that much, you'd want better quality components, but it's possible.
It also entirely depends on resolution of the monitor. Even a HD6550 can run BF3 on max on a low resolution.

that game has pretty outdated graphics so probably UMAD
you mean that game is amazing and has amazing graphics
it doesn't need to be aaa level quality graphics cause if it had that level of graphics it wouldn't be able to render 100 enemies at 60 fps
and let me tell you, there are a LOT of sections in serious sam 3 where there's over 100 enemies on the screen at once

That's around 700. My comptuer, which I got from deals, is 650  and it can play BF3 maxed. With peripherals it'd cost around 750 to 800

Intel i5-2500k
HD 6870
HITACHI 500GB
G.Skill 1333mhz 8gb Ram
OCZ Fatal1ty 550w
Antec Three HUndred
