I like the landscape more.  But it's a start.

This. And, mind showing the inside?

The outside looks 100% generic.
Not that that's a bad thing, but it could use a few personal touches.

it's a portable with a big POLICE sign

try having a design, and somewhat resemblance to police. (police usually uses blue) If you took off the POLICE sign, no one would be able to even be close to guessing it's a police station

there's not much more constructive criticism you can get

mind showing the inside?

I feel one of the only flaws I see is just a lack of 'spunk', and the big gaping POLICE sign on the roof.  You could remove that.

I would remove the huge prints..  Possible replace with smaller prints on the roof or even built into the wall.

it's plain and simple. in reality it's very practical and it's not an eyesore: what you'd expect a police station to be, essentially. if anything it's too short

Perhaps add a small roof, say.. two ramps high?

I just looked at it again, and it wold not look good with a ramped roof.

Looks a bit small for a City. But, for a small town its perfect.
