There's bumping a topic because you're either A: adding something useful to the discussion or B: The topic is one that actually needs to be bumped often (Blockland Tinychat topic), then there's bumping to stir stuff up or because you're ignorant and can't tell the topic is dead.
I assume this topic is on the latter, as it is more irritating.
