What I really want to know is why do people think that weed and other currently illegal drugs are somehow different than ones that are currently legal. Is there something special about tobacco and beer?

So, because beer is legal, meth, PCP, crack, and cocaine should be legal too, huh?

nicotine and alchohol are still legal because they're a major part of our economy and taking them out will kill everyone and their jobs

if marijuana was legalized for recreational and medicinal use then there wouldn't be black people on the streets smokin weed 420 because they like illegal stuff like snake because gay marriage isn't completely legalized in our world

it needs to be legal, the government spends so much loving money on enforcing it, its useless now. plus the drug cartels would lose a stuffload of profit from it.
