The game always feels very sped up. When on foot, my caucasian (racism inbound!!) moves faster than he should, and people twitch when shot. And don't even ask about vehicle handling: they accelerate way too fast and crook a diagonal when I tap the steer buttons, making driving really hard
oh and the game lags a nice bit
