you're a guy and panda bears are going extinct because you keep killing them and people in the city hate you. then they pass a law that anyone who kills panda bears can be shot on site and after the law is passed you kill a panda bear. the military supplies weapons to the city and you have to defend yourself against the panda bear lovers. there will also be hidden panda bears around rural areas that you can kill for extra [insert something beneficial here]
