Author Topic: I need to stay awake while lying in bed.  (Read 11682 times)

I need to get up at around 12:00 or 1:00 (It's 9:05 now, and it's because my parents go to sleep at 12:00) and I have to go to sleep now. It's to do something for school, as I wasn't able to use a printer or scanner earlier. I don't want to do it in the morning, as I might not have time to do it then either.

EDIT: I should've mentioned, I have to go to sleep at 9:00.

Do you wake up at alarms?
you could use one to get up fast

read a book while sitting up

Staying up late to do stuff will just put more stress on you later on and is only going to make things worse. Your parents will most likely be woken up by what you'll try to do and then you'll just get in trouble and your efforts will have been in vain. Maybe try getting up a little bit early the next morning, then get it done then. Your sleep is crucial.

i would say this, but i've fallen asleep with my gameboy still on before

The fastest way to fall asleep is to try and stay awake with your eyes closed.

Serious.

Keep them open, get that scotch tape bro.

Sweet dreams

My room and their room are at opposite ends of the house. My room is right beside the  office with the printer and scanner.

is it cold?
if it's cold, take off all of your clothes ('cept your underwear if it makes you feel uncomfortable)
if it's hot, put on a lot of clothes
idunno about being hot though, everytime I've been too hot it was even easier to fall asleep
although too cold has always kept me awake

Get up tell them you have to use the printer to print a document for school, and immediately go back to bed

My dad is probably still using it, and I don't want to bug him. They've been rather stressed lately as we're moving.

Use an Itouch or somethin. That keeps me up.
