You walk into one of the stores. It looks like it's been abandoned for a while, and whoever was last here left in a hurry: the place is a complete mess.
Cans, bottles, and clothing lay about the floor, some still holding long-expired things. The clothing is all ruined, torn and dirtied by years of being left alone. Lia manages to find a decent scarf that matches her dark purple and pale blue color scheme, and she cheerfully wraps it around her neck with the comment, "Navarie's scarf still looks better."
Many stores later, you still haven't found anything particularly useful. Just spoiled food and other ruined items.
