You manage to locate a rather spacious basement in the town hall. It seems more like a bunker, though. There are several supplies- all untouched- as well, included in said supplies are things like flashlights and first aid supplies. They might come in handy later.
The basement, on the most part, is dark and damp- not to mention a bit chilly. It holds the same eerie feeling that the rest of the town has. Shining your flashlight along the walls, you can see evidence that there's been several water leaks in here. The floor itself has several puddles, and a lot of the stuff on the floor is heavily water damaged. It's unlikely that any electronics you find in here will work.
