Author Topic: [SEMI-50x40] TRILOS IV - SPACE? YOU TELL ME [ACT 1]  (Read 44874 times)

You're in his quarters.

You send a text message to Ciricad about the KPF before shooting the commander in the head. Ciricad replies saying they'll pick you up in a bit as long as you can get to the KPF on your own.

That should be easy
Steal commander's clothes and then hide the body under the bed

Oh stuff this is bad

They obviously know everything, abort the mission and tell the extraction team to find a backup site. Why else would the commander calmly tell you everything?

Get back to base, you got a spy to find.

i would've supposed he gave you the location because the KPF is probably highly guarded
after all, it is the source off all kkryonitte and their robot factory thing
or he assumed that you wouldn't be able to handle all the kkryonitte radiation
though i assume that your opinion is entirely possible

anyways i would update but there's a little seeker crawling all over my screen

Either way its basically impossible to succeed. If they got a spy they will be able to prepare for our attack, and if they have extensive security measures and self-destruct stuff it would decimate too much of the station's workforce, assuming this is a large assault

>act as commander
>"everyone back to the base pardner"
>deactiva-
stuff, can we do that? Use the computer to shut everything down and call everyone to lunch or something away from it?

good idea, though I'm sure there are some automated defenses that can't be unmanned

I'm pretty sure that if something has the capability to do damage to an enemy, it will have a kill switch somewhere, because malfunctions can be extremely bad.

You won't be able to act as commander, I think. You're slightly taller than he is.

It's not just the height, it's because the commander isn't a robot like you.

However, it should be possible to get access to the whole station from the commander's computer. You do a quick check for anything important on him and find a few cards. Attaching them to your belt, you get up and check the computer.

It's clearly monitoring everything on the station- power levels, shipment times, and so on. After a bit of looking around, you find the shift times for the KPF. You'll probably be able to change them to buy you and your team enough time to disable everything.

Do it.

You do a bit of looking around on the shift time system until you manage to change them all so that there wouldn't be anyone around both facilities.

"Hey, Ciri, you should be able to head in now," you report.

"Alright," she responds. Then after a moment of silence, "You should get on your way now."

"Wi-" You abruptly stop as the door opens. Something walks in and the door shut behind it. "Who are you?"

"Bot? What's going on?" Ciricad asks.

"...I don't know. Someone- something- just walked in, and he doesn't look too good," you reply, picking up your gun.

The thing standing a few feet from you looks like what might've once been you, only it looks like it got hit in the face with something heavy. It's dressed in what looks like a dark blue jumpsuit- as if that's really necessary- and has a rifle similar to yours on it's back.

"...Is this the medical wing...?" it asks in a ruined voice. "...They told me to come here to get repaired, but they didn't give me a guide..." The bot looks around a bit as if trying to figure out where it is.

"No, it isn't. Who are you?"

"...I don't know, actually. I woke up in a room with these dizzy spells, wandered around, then got my face smashed with something. I woke up again and couldn't see, but they told me to head to the medical wing..."

Well, he doesn't seem harmless. He is blind, after all. "Ciri, I don't think he's hostile. He says he... got his face smashed with something and now he can't see."

"Understood. You can take him with you if you want, we may be able to help him out after this mission is over," Ciricad replies.

Will you take the injured bot with you?

Bring up the map directions on the computer, then guide him there. Afterwards dump him in the medical wing and leave.

I'd advocate for his death except for the fact that he's so helpless. Really though, the logical course of action is to kill him and hide the body.

hey who remembers that one guy we played as earlier who always got real dizzy and he activated a room full of clones
then he opened a door and got his face smashed

Guide to medical room, reassure him that he's safe, tell him good bye,and finish the mission.
