Gameplay: Obviously the most important feature. I'm playing a game, not watching a movie.
Story: Second most important. There should be a good story, but not so deep you need to play the game twice to understand.
Graphics: Not that important, but its 2012. I won't pay even bargain brand price for a new game that has NES-level graphics.
Music: Good games usually have a well orchestrated soundtrack. Games like Skyrim do this right, it doesn't blare dubstep into your ears while you are trekking through a forest.
Difficulty: I don't want the game to be easy, but I don't want to have to be MLG to beat it.
Voices: I want to usually feel immersed in the game, like the characters are real people. But voice isn't necessary for games like Sonic and Minecraft(so stop making loving mods that add loving voices to minecraft forget my lifeiusg)
Realism: Mario. Enough said.
Replayability: Pretty important, but I don't like to play games as long as Red Dead Redemption twice.
Controls: You usually can change controller configurations, so this doesn't really matter.
