makes me laugh at how all of these hardcore religious guy are calling me a dumbass
I have opinions too, guys

No one came to the pope. A lot of popes were starfishs
But the Pope thinks that an Angel came, that's the point. To those who think God exists, the Pope received the mandate from God.

no
the Pope started the war because there were Muslims in the holy city

but the God wants everyone to be Christian

how is the bible any different from any other fiction book
It's sold the most copies? C:

And why did the Pope start the war? Because God/Jesus told him to. Either he personally sent an Angel or the bible told him, but the God wants everyone to be Christian. And Allah wants everyone to be Muslim. SO...

Who is stronger, Allah or the Christian God?
The Pope started them to seize Jerusalem. God didn't tell him to, he took it upon himself. Plus the money....

God didn't tell him to, he took it upon himself.
And why did he do that?

God wants everyone to be Christian

And if no one believed in God, we would've found another reason to kill eachother

And if no one believed in God, we would've found another reason to kill eachother
Yea, that's true. What's your point?

And why did he do that?

No, he did it because he thought they should have the Holy Land back.

Plus the money....

Then where does it come from? Cause I'm pretty damn happy when I do what I want...

Allah and God are the same person from a third person point of view. All these Gods defined by different religions are the same, they are just different aspects of the same person.

I'll give you an example.

I called your mother an starfish.
You called your mother the nicest person to ever live.

We both have different beliefs about the same concept(your mother), does that make her 2 different people? No, they are just two aspects of the same person. Which makes her one person(divine being) with different components(religion).

That is my theory.

No, he did it because he thought they should have the Holy Land back.
And why did he want the Holy Land back? Because God promised them the Holy Land.

I totally agree with you, but which one is right? Who has the correct view? There has to be a correct view.

Everyone here involved in an argument is an idiot.

Why, you ask? You're on the internet. Do you care that much about what other people think?

how is the bible any different from any other fiction book
Because it was written over hundreds if not thousands of years, describing events that everyone agrees is historical, along with a host of things many people argue about it's accuracy. It's the most read book in many parts of the World, and it isn't meant to be taken as fiction. And even if it was, it would be the most studied, believed, hated, loved, read, misunderstood, fiction book in the world.

Then where does it come from? Cause I'm pretty damn happy when I do what I want...
Doing what you want alone is not enough to make one happy, I've had some pretty happy times in my life, but it's not because I got to do what I want, and I've had some pretty sad times. But it wasn't because I didn't get to do what I want

Yea, that's true. What's your point?
What's your point? You are trying to pin all wars on god, but without the idea, we'd still have war. Religion is used to get dumb people to do things, without it, other things would be used to make dumb people do things

And why did he want the Holy Land back? Because God promised them the Holy Land.
history surely repeats itself
see: manifest destiny (not verbatim but close)

And why did he want the Holy Land back? Because God promised them the Holy Land.
God promised the Jews the Holy Land. The Pope thought it was good real estate and a nice souvenir from the past. :I

You can argue all you want on this; But war is a worldly thing and it is never just about, of, and for God.
