I'm sure that's possible, but I don't see why it's needed. Isn't the duplicator good enough?
Could save time...Maybe when the projectile comes in contact with the brick, it places the duplicated brick underneath you...
For example, if you fire it at a 32x32 baseplate 50 studs away from your current position, it places the ghost brick underneath you, saving the trouble of moving the baseplate towards you.
