They are like 6 or so people who are pretty popular with their minecraft gameplay series etc. on youtube, moving to a "Gaming house". They raised money thru livestream or something.

Most of them have an average of 2000videos :d

Cause they have add's on their videos and livestream, Example. UberHaxorNova gets around 1million views for just one of his happy wheels videos :7

Also creatures are around 5-6 guys and they just RENT the house so i dont see why not

Their videos never were funny. The fact that they moved into this 10,000 Square Foot house is completely unnecessary to say the least.
