Author Topic: Your Thoughts on Anthropomorphic animals? (intelligent discussion)  (Read 20991 times)

I don't need to cite examples to prove that furry research and zoophilia exists and is created by the furry community.
I'm asking for specific examples of me shoving it in your face, I'm not denying that it exists

a label you share you practitioners of bestiality
As I have stated earlier, said practitioners are shunned

How are anthropomorphized animals an interest? What exactly do you do with them? Look at them all day, and so often, that you call your obsession a hobby or a lifestyle. The obsession with half-human animals is obviously more than enough reason to suspect a paraphilia, considering you aren't a fan of any specific piece of work, but just half-human animals in general.
How is anything an interest? Because people like it.
And I express that interest in the same ways that people express many other interests

You can like anthros without being a furry.
Yet what happens when someone tries to do this? They get called a furry anyways, and get the same amount of hate even after they deny it.
I've seen it before on this very forum. Someone drew an innocent picture, like a werewolf or something, and posted it in Creativity. a bunch of people jumped on him and start calling him a furcigarette, he denies it, they call him a closet furry

Allof  the furry conventions are centralized on research.
Surprise! No they're not. Here are a few event schedules from the first two conventions I thought of. Go ahead and look through them. There are a few adult-related events, but that's not centralized on research
If you can find any that do show a major focus on research, do tell me, so I know which ones to avoid if I ever get the chance to go to one.

The majority of furries enjoy anthro art.
I have no idea what you're even trying to argue here.

The MAJORITY of the furry fandom enjoys anthro research.
From my experience (my experience being the large amount of fans that I've been around), the majority of the anime fandom (using this because almost everyone is familiar with it) enjoys hentai, and most of the people I've talked to also enjoy some odd special interest such as loli or tentacle rape.
How many people go around bashing and generalizing everyone who likes anime because of it?

MOST of the anthro content produced by furries is research.
I am curious as to where you're getting this information
I just did a quick search on FA, I found 16 pages (24 submissions per page) in the "General Furry Art (Tame)" category in the last 12 hours, but only 6 pages in the "General Furry Art (Adult)" category in the same 12 hours

Hell, even searching "furry" on DeviantArt results in more than half of the images being erotic.
I just did this and only 3 of the 24 image were even close to erotic

You're a virgin that's never had a serious relationship with a girl and a vast majority of your free time is spent alone, surfing the internet and chatting with people on the internet. Don't even pretend to not give a stuff because you're oh-so-cool and have better things to do than argue, because honestly, you don't.
Yep, I was too busy playing WoW :panda:
I find it much more enjoyable than arguing with random people on the internet.

Stockings not arguing
I'm just stating fact

I like how you completely ignored the basis for the "most furries liking anthro research" argument by completely avoiding the discussion of FurAffinity and Fchan, which are themselves nothing but anthroresearch repositories as well as being the two biggest furry communities in the internet.

Instead, you cherry-pick my argument and construe it to make it look like bigotry.

So? People are called closet homoloveuals all the time, but straight people don't call themselves homoloveuals because they have "an interest in fruity clothing".

Surprise! No they're not. Here are a few event schedules from the first two conventions I thought of. Go ahead and look through them. There are a few adult-related events, but that's not centralized on research

And they sell research at both conventions. Whodda thunkit.

If you can find any that do show a major focus on research, do tell me, so I know which ones to avoid if I ever get the chance to go to one.

Then you won't be going to any of them lol

Yeah that's something "otakus" have to live with if they choose to take that label.

You're in the same boat.

How many people go around bashing and generalizing everyone who likes anime because of it?

A lot.

Doing a search on DA in the "Naked Furry" category there are over 8,000 new submissions, and only 470 in the "Clothed Furry" category.

No, I didn't

And they sell research at both conventions. Whodda thunkit.
=/= being centralized on research
Also what you highlighted has nothing to do with research

No where near as much as furries

Doing a search on DA in the "Naked Furry" category there are over 8,000 new submissions, and only 470 in the "Clothed Furry" category.
Probably because people don't often bother tagging 'clothed'

The common argument against furries is because of furry research and adult content. On closer examination, I admit, there aren't actually too many differences between the MLP FiM community and furry fandom. They both have their quiet people who don't talk too much about it, the art both good and bad, the devoted websites and the rule 34 content. So why do people hate furries more than bronies?

There's very little differences between the furry fandom and any fandom

There's very little differences between the furry fandom and any fandom
My point exactly.

There's very little differences between the furry fandom and any fandom

The difference of course being that furries will tolerate and tout the stupidest stuff in the world because it's got "furry" content in it.

I.E. House Pets

In the future, furries will be able to morph into their love animal due to SCIENCE!

I leave 15 minutes for pizza and this happens.  :cookieMonster:
