How Do You Make AddOns

Is there an addon you want and no one will make it..........your not the only one

I have many addons i want but can't get so

can someone pls give me a tutorial

ps: i have a macintosh and i am running v20

some add ons that i want are Ai cat, black hawk helicopter w/mini gun, Ai grim reaper (zombie) and clone trooper flame thrower.
