I enjoyed the Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. Can you tell me what was bad about those movies.
A Phantom Menace was essentially a recreation of A New Hope with a Ben Hur Chariot race thrown in the middle to disguise the fact. Small one maned fighter takes on battlestation and destroys it. Sound familiar? The only major change was Jar Jar and the Gungans, but people dislike them grievously.

Attack of the Clones was a recreation of Empire Strikes Back, Big battle between good and evil...again and one faction needs to escape the superior forces to survive. We learn every storm trooper is a clone of a bounty hunter and realize why an army comprised of said bounty hunters will eventually be a bad thing. Only real difference is instead of an arctic wasteland, they're in the middle of a desert.

Star Wars is awesome, it's just that Phantom Menace sucked, so did Attack of the Clones. The other four were great.
With the exception of Jar Jar, Phantom Menace was the only good prequel.
I'd still take stupid kid Anakin over angsty teen Anakin.

I like all the starwars a lot but my least favorite is attack of the clones

Jar Jar is like the entrepreneur  of the Star Wars universe imo.

This

It's still Star Wars

I dont get it. The original Star Wars was already in 3D. To me it doesn't look like anything is new.

I liked Phantom Menace, but Jar Jar was handicapped and kid Anakin was annoying and had stuffty lines. Droid-occupied Naboo was a neat setting (made me think of occupied France), and the battle with the gungans was awesome when Jar-Jar wasn't doing stupid stuff and not getting dead for it.

Attack of the Clones had the droids losing their cold, emotionless speech pattern that the Episode I droids had (with the exception of that stuttering commander droid in the hangar, which was also dumb as hell) and set the precedent for the "lol roger roger xD" stuff. Anakin went from naive child to angsty dumbass teen, and the Jedi don't even stop and think for a moment about the ethical qualms of breeding sentient life for the sole purpose of dying.
On the subject of clones, there's the thing with the Fetts. All the clones are made from Jango Fett's DNA, and Jango also has this unaltered clone as a "son" named Boba. By the end of the movie, Jango dies and Boba takes up his profession. Now, I ask this: Why didn't the writers just make Boba the template?

But on the bright side, AotC brought us Republic Commando.

Just saw commercial, it's apparently for tomorrow only. Are you loving kidding me.

The Droids from the Phantom Menace were the coolest. Then the clone wars came out...

They still do better acting than angsty teen anakin  :cookieMonster:

I hate how he keeps adding new scenes to the movie.

It's official: everybody hates Jar Jar.
