I've been looking at the two sides to this, and I have come to a conclusion.
His way of punishing her was necessary, but to a small extent, a little bit over the edge.
Yes, he did shoot it to emphasize his point.
Yes, he did turn the tables on her when he posted the video.
Yes, this may be the one thing that changed her life.
BUT, in terms of what could have been done better, I do believe that instead of shooting it, he could've sold it for a good price.
But I do believe that by posting the video, he simultaneously attracts both negative and positive attention.
But the thing is, how much negative attention, and to what severity will come to him?
The same goes for positive attention.
I believe he stirred up something that could have been kept discreet, so in conclusion, while he managed to discipline his daughter, and in the process fix things, he has also managed to stir up a storm with both good and negative results.
