It's mainly an in-character thing [Like, they can roleplay having a lot more strength after being augmented], so no.

Aww, that would have been cool.

The main reason, is it looks more badass. And it will probobly keep you more safe too, an example:

Police man walks into a bear, he says to the rebel: Move you're lame ass or i'll beat you.
The rebel looks at him and says : lol i am level 5 i can pwn u

Then the augmented dude walks in, with a large build and a slightly taller frame and says: Move it.
Then the rebel says: oh stuff im sorry

It's more of a human instinct thing.

It's called FearRP. Besides, Resistance members will be keeping to the slums. There are no levels, either, just ranks. Ranks of the Resistance aren't known by the CCaC, and ranks of the CCaC aren't known by the Resistance.

If a 'rebel' goes outside of the slums, chances are he's a lolwebul (Guy who thinks he's a rebel because he was detained once or something)

If someone said they're 'level 5 and can pwn u', they'll probably get a warning or a ban from an admin. You need to type correctly in character, and use correct grammar.
