Its actually the 3D programs fault like Blender, Milkshape, etc. I made a roundish square with a little circle popping out on Maya and then I exported it as an OBJ and imported it into Blender.

Then after I imported it into Blender, it looked like this

So really its Blenders fault. If we all used programs like Maya or 3DSMax then everything would look smoother
