honestly, i don't think someone should get their key deactivated simply because they are being an starfish. i know most of us hate him but it really is our responsibility to permaban his ID from our servers. it's the same principal as minecraft griefing, if there's a griefer on your server it's your responsibility, not mojang's. likewise if 1% is griefing your server it's your responsibility and not badspot's. if you left your server unattended and he goes crazy on it, oh well, fix the damage and ban him.

Exploiting in the game actually should be a reason for an instant key deactivation if you ask me.
