It's not that people don't know what to make, it's that theres no great way to make it.

Vehicles on water are terrible, as anyone who remembers GSF's crappy boat's can say.  Bot boats are a little bit unrealistic.  They just drive kinda funny (default rowboat, ect.)

Vehicles with more than 8 seats are stuff and useless, so the cruise liner wont be made

A few people saw my idea for using a bot AND a vehicle that aren't mounted to eachother in any way, but share velocity and all. As far as I know, it's possible, and it would work.

It may be a logical assumption that those pictures with Stratofortress (assuming that is Stratofortres' in-game name) are being worked on now and will be released some time.

You missed the point.
by class, he means a base for the game engine or something.
There's a ground vehicle class and an air vehicle class, and I think that's about it.
So if a helicopter and boat class were added, then those vehicles would function like they are supposed to.
