How is captcha a reason to dislike TinyPic?
On top of being able to upload your images, there's an in-browser editing system.

It takes time to type it in. I guess I'll just register to ImageShack..

imgur is the best host. it can take up to 1.999mb of any format, uploads nearly instantly, you can click-drag stuff from your folders onto the website to upload, and there are no ads anywhere.

Try Photobucket. It does require registering, though.
it has a bandwidth limit and the website was plastered with ads and a stuffty layout last time i used it in 2008ish

tinypic has terrible download speeds and causes broken links

Just attach them to posts. :D
slow as stuff, guests cannot view them, tiny resolution until clicked.

Filesmelt literally has no image size limit or bandwidth limit. The only stipulation is images are auto-deleted if they aren't accessed for 30 days. You can host more than just images as well.

Tinypic's current captcha system is real words, and often common phrases at that, so it literally takes less than 5 seconds to comprehend what it says and type it it.

I am registered on imageshack and I use the uploader program, and so far it has never failed me with static images

for animations I use tinypic

It used to take 5 seconds to upload an image to ImageShack and 2 to add it into a post.

I'm pretty sure image shack works with GIFs
