If you make it a event variable, people would need to buy this helmet beforehand.
It was just a suggestion that might give alittle protection to headshot, and will never be made.

I hate it when headshots don't kill unless I know the target has above normal health. For example, on TF2, not killing a heavy with a headshot wouldn't bother me as much as not killing a sniper or something.

Why are you using imprecise methods to determine if you hit the upper part of their body instead of just determining whether it hit their head/hat/helm?
