I'm trying to create a Skype account and I see this error.

And yes, I changed my birth year, month, and even day and I still get this error.

sometimes if you enter an age that's too young websites will lock you out of the system, even if you reenter another one.
change your ip if you can

Alt, tools, should be an option somewhere. May be labeled "remove sensitive data", "remove private data" or "remove browsing history".
