I was thinking about getting a gamepad for gaming on my PC. I'm not familiar with the various kinds out there, so I was wondering what the forums would recommend.

i think you can literally just get an xbox controller and have it work pretty well can't you

Thats what I was thinking about, but I wanted to make sure there wasn't anything better out there.

Well I just used my old wired controller for my 360. If you have one just plug it into your USB

Or if you have a wireless controller get a wireless receiver for like $10 on amazon.

Wired xbox controller has presets on almost any game.

there's actually support for gamepads in blockland, but the axis are seen as buttons so it's a bit wonky.
