I was wondering why the sword isn't in any of the minigames that I join on servers. It might be because it doesn't do much damage, or that you can't get close enough to anyone with a gun, and do enough damage fast enough to kill them. So, I thought of having an assassin's knife, a smaller melee weapon than the sword, and has a one hit kill.

This could make deathmatches much more interesting with the addition of sneak attacks. Say some sniper is in his fort, not paying attention to what gets in. Someone finally get annoyed with his constant kills, sneaks in, get behind the sniper, and takes him out with this knife!

I like this idea, it can be great fun to sneak up on people.
I also think that if someone makes this there should be like an "OWNED" sound played, or "ASSASSINATED"

It would really make dms more interesting. I mean an attack out of nowhere. So long sniper rifle!

here we go now! i took the sword, renamed it, made the color a bit greenish, made the damage 100 (aka ONE-HIT-K-OWN!

), chaged to CI icon, and voilla!
i did not make a new model for it cuzz i suck at models. so make due with the sword model

now jest put the .cs in add-ons/. put the .png in
add-ons/CI/. enable Weapon_assassinknife in BL. and start assassining.

Pretty awesome Zackin! Good job. Is there any way to make it so that you only kill someone in one it if you attack their back? I also want a smaller knife model.

well i'm not that good at scripting :/ unless asolhi (however you spell his name), rynick, kaje, etc gives me help. and as i said my models look like c***. unless i where to take a model from rtb or someone makes one :(
