1. Do not post ambiguous topics.  The title of your thread should describe its contents.  These only slightly resemble the actual thread contents. Do you think Badspot or any other moderator surfs the forums 24/7? I think they have plenty of other stuff to think about in their lives than to satisfy your stupid ideas. If you loath those kind of topics so much, don't be a lazy ass and report them.

3. No warez - Do not talk about pirating software at all.
Suprisingly, I don't have much to put here since people who do this get banned in a matter of seconds.
But people still constantly mention The Pirate Bay, which unlike other torrent sites was made for piracy. "Oh no, people mention TPB, I think I'm going to die now!"
4. Use the Search feature before posting a question.
This rule has been thrown out the window, people can ask whatever overasked question they please without searching first and get away with it, though it's not doing much damage. You forgot to mention that most people lock their thread once people tell them there's already a thread been made for it.
5. Do not plea for sympathyAlso, "my dog/cat/fish/grandma/grandpa/mom/dad/boner died" threads count here as well. Now you're just dismissing the whole point of the Off-Topic section. Just stay out of it if you're gonna whine.
7. Do not flame - If the entire point of your post is to tell someone what an idiot they are, don't bother. Are you blind? People get banned for that, but - once again - when their post gets reported. Like I said, Badspot isn't going to sit on his desk banning people all through the day just because you want him to.
BONUS : Trolling
The whole "You can only be banned for trolling if you admit it" concept that seems to be used by the moderation staff is loving stupid, this is what let people such as IUV and Stocking (when she was new to the forum) to quickly take advantage of people.
People need to be banned for obviously trolling, you can't say someone wasn't trolling when they where making research of someone's dead dog and talking about how it deserved to die, can you? That's funny, because you're boyfriend is the biggest troll on the forum.
All I can really say is, me and probably many others are probably embarrassed at how the moderation here has degraded so badly since 2010, we need more moderators (there are some good members who can fill in this) or a total rewrite of the rules, as right now we're just about as organized as the ROBLOX forum. Suck it up, cunt.
