Author Topic: The Rules : Do people even care anymore?  (Read 29964 times)

Yeah this stuff doesn't belong on the Blockland forums but if Badspot doesn't care then I suppose you'll just have to manage.

Everything in the Hot Anime Girls thread is completely SFW if a little on the suggestive side and Aph is a prude.
What's next on my schedule?

Me neither, but that's a question of dignity and self-respect as opposed to what is safe or unsafe for work

I would still call that nsfw

Well, I suppose that when you've seen the things I've seen your perspective becomes a bit skewed, but it's still not extremely NSFW, not by any reasonable standards

Unfortunately on the scale of safe for work, there's either NSFW or SFW, not ENSWF

People shouldn't be allowed to post more than 5 times a day.

And on my scale it's SFW.
Now necrophillia is something that wouldn't be safe for work and, to a less extreme degree, regular research.

The stuff in the Hot Anime Girls thread is just tantalising & suggestive ecchi

Wat

You said before that you wouldn't look at it at work, and that it's "not extremely NSFW" (implying it's still NSFW), and now you're saying it's SFW? sort your stuff out son

People shouldn't be allowed to post more than 5 times a day.
Of course you would say that

I've never heard of a message board limiting messages and if so it must become a ghost town pretty quickly.

I wouldn't look at it because I like to keep my special interestes to myself, it's not a question of whether or not I consider it safe for public consumption, it's just not something I'd do even though I don't think that there's anything wrong with doing so

I love the part where this is a legitimate concern but people are only against the topic because of who posted it and who broke the rules.

so it's settled then

There was a buddhism forum a long time ago that did exactly that, it actually lasted quite a while before it died, but yeah that definitely wouldn't work with the demographic here

I love the part where whether or not this is a legitimate concern is completely subjective

I don't consider this a legitimate concern, the forums have been this way for a long time and there's no need for them to change.
Though I do admit it would be nice if trolls were banned outright without requiring them to admit they're doing it
