The Baneblade is basically just a Mark I tank brought up to 11. Even if it wasn't so big, it would still need a huge crew. A real M1 Abrams tank needs a crew of four without any extra weaponry, and a lot of tanks can be rather cramped on the inside.

Light Tank: nonrotating turret, 1 seat
(normal) Tank:rotating turret, 1driver seat, 1 gunner seat, 1 passenger seat
(my idea of) Heavy Tank:rotating Dual turret, 1(or 2) gunner(s), 3 passenger seats
