I don't think that was violating the spirit of the no dismissive posts rule. In fact, he was defending the game so why are you even attacking him?

Dismissive statement rule applies to dismissing the topic, not offering my opinion on a post within a topic.

Saying, "I don't care about [X]," is not immediate grounds for a ban and you are foolish to think otherwise. In this context Littledude was not dismissing the entire thread or even that post just to be a jerk. He was stating that he doesn't think the argument in the picture is compelling enough to change his opinion that the game was enjoyable.

Okay, I need to know a few things. On average, how long is the story line? Is it long enough that it would be worth buying the collectors edition? I'm debating whether to get it for the ps3 or xbox. I can play it with my friends if I get it for the ps3 but I get the kinect feature if I get it for the xbox.

If you're gonna get it for the xbox JUST for kinect. Don't waste your time, it's pointless.

That can be true, but not having any supporting arguments or explanations for the opinion still makes me believe it is more dismissive or closer to trolling. I have seen people get banned for posting "Who cares?" numerous times.
