but a trained soldier would also manage heat so that it doesn't need to lock down
thermal clips could have been implemented in a way that made them rare, single-use instant cooldowns but noooo now they're just magazines by another name

But so many people are willing to pay for a new ending. Not giving a stuff about fans is understandable and expected but they can't turn down money right?

I've been hearing that people want the ending dlc to be free, since that they invested a lot of money and time into the trilogy and they think they are entitled to a good ending.

Knowing BioWare, they wouldn't bullstuff and ending like that. Too many holes and loose ends. I can feel a DLC coming.
