I guess we are. I want to associate with most people as little as possible, because there's really only a few people I care about. When it boils down to the basics, it's family, friends, and internet bros. The rest of them can go forget themselves and die.
This.

Yup, defiantly on same page.

I kinda wish gangs and stuff acted like Al Capone's mafia back in the 20s.

They had class, dressed in fancy suits and fedoras, treated their wives like a human being, and if anyone was caught dealing drugs to kids and such they would be violently removed from the mafia.

Hmm, I wonder what it would be like if all the wiggers in our schools acted like Al Capone's mafia...

Quality thread. I agree with OP's opinions for the most part.

On the subject of music, having grown up in the late 90's and early 2000's, I found myself listening almost exclusively to The Beatles and The Beach Boys, and some Hardy Boys books on tape because everything else sounded awful. Now I'm very cultured in terms of my knowledge of different music, and that started when my brother coaxed me out of my beloved beatles and beach boys. It started with one mix CD that changed everything for me. It started me down the road to a love of electronic music like dubstep, but even more importantly: it opened the door to metal for me. Since then, 98% of my music has come from my brother who's 31 right now (just btw). I owe my extensive knowledge of classic music from the 60's, 70's, etc... to my parents who both worked in radio (my dad still does), and my knowledge of metal and dubstep to my brother.

That's just my bit. The stuffty music that Op described in his music rant is the stuff I generally avoid to the best of my ability but sometimes I have to suck it up and deal with the terrible-ness if it's played a dance or something.

Pretty much accurately represents what I'm talking about. People now just don't give a stuff, and I personally hate it.

There are quite alot of Rage comics about people getting mad at the same subject (mostly music) Most of the time its when some dumbass says that Justin beiber, lady gaga, or some other pop artist is better than the current music their listing too (ex: Pink Floyd, Rollingstones, etc.)

Speaking of Rage comics why do people have to use internet language in real life? It pisses me off.

Yeah, that pisses me off. Especially "Noob". People misuse, overuse, and abuse the word. I might make meme references when talking to friends, but that's it. It bothers me when people yell "Rickroll" in the lunchroom or something, they just don't loving get it.

The people who use terms legitimately (even excessively) can get annoying, I understand that, but it's because the internet is a deep-rooted part of who they are and I can't blame them for getting a few internet terms carried into their vocabulary.

THAT is even more annoying than the actual internet people.

Im not sure if this is cool or just creepy.

Maybe I am just an entity of a dream your having.

Wake up rockslide... wake up and smell the ashes...

Rise and shine, Frostbyte. Rise... and... shine...

Me in this thread, remembering my five year old self:

Excuse the use of rage comics, please, because this is quite literally how I feel.
I was on the brink of tears asking myself where the old me was.
