Customizable Slate

This is pretty straightforward, but would it be hard to do this?

Chose your ground texture/color, skybox, percipitation and ambient sounds.
With V21 coming up eventually, this may be useful.

Adjustable Plate dosn't let you pick the ground texture, while I assume it may be possible to change that.

Current Slate uses an interior for the ground. They're making a special type of object for the ground in the next version. Who's to say it won't be customizable?
