I remember looking at this old topic. I specifically remembered you wanted a dumpster. How weird.
That's what props are for. To simplify building little things that might be used a lot. Things such as:
- Garbage Can
- Couch
- Chair
- Garbage Can
- Etc.
There are props for the right reason and props for the wrong reason. It appears you do not know the difference, nor does OP.
Acceptable uses for props--Items too small to build efficiently
-Items that need to be hollow or detailed
-Items that are not blocky
examples of such- fans, cups and mugs, garbage CAN, alarm clock
Unacceptable uses for props--Couches
-Dumpsters
-Chairs
This is going to turn into a "I don't feel like building a house, let me use a 32x32 house prop derp derp". See, it's blockland, the point is to build. I could see if you need to build 10000 of the objects you need, but even then there's duplicator. We don't need universal "couch" "dumpster" or "chair" props because people have been and still are very good at making them from bricks. Using all these things as props completely drives away from the objective of building things. I don't feel like going to servers and finding out that 6 in a row use the same chair prop so there is no individuality between their styles.
