I'm pretty sure that badspot would ban, revoke the key of, and ass-rape anybody who made and released this.
This isn't going to happen, and if you host a public server, you are taking the risk of having it stolen.

nope.

Everyone must now make private brickpacks which are exactly the same as the default bricks but name them all something random like an md5 checksum so that nobody can ever steal a build ever.
