Gory video game symptoms

I was playing dead space 2 today, and after about an hour of gameplay, I got a headache and my eyes began to hurt. This doesn't happen to me on any other game. Is this just me?

This happens to me playing:
battlefield
modern warfare
crysis
portal (but not portal 2 for some reason)
etc

My eyes only hurt if im playing a game on my pc while wearing glasses for a couple of hours, but i never wear my glasses while on the pc.
