No, that is completely different. Yes, you can find an IP and implant a "hack" on their client. But, that does not go to the extent that people can just say some magic command and have everyone in the server die. Yes, there are backdoors in Blockland. Yes, there are scripts that can crash a server. But that's not "hacking".
