Well, if you want it unlocked, you could get the 16 GB Moto G for $199, or the Moto G 4G (with 8 GB but with an SD card slot) for $219. If you're buying it with a contract, I think you can get a most phones in your price range. Some good ones are HTC One M8, Galaxy S5 (or Note 3, IDK how much those are though). I personally like the Moto X, which doesn't have quite as high specs, but it's cheaper and has some cool features.
Of course there's the iPhone too...
