My problem with it is that I occasionally confuse it with a pinned program when subconsciously counting icons for the Win+Number shortcut.

Unfortunately I have Verizon. I would've held out and tried to get a Oneplue One if that weren't the case, but it looks like I'll be getting a Moto G through them now.
