okay so uh, i need some help

i unloaded the skins i didn't like on rainmeter and w/o thinking i unloaded all of them

how do i re-load a skin, ;~;

Right click on the Rainmeter icon > Skins

Just click on them to reload them.

Alright, so I've got a question (again). When you install a skin for Rainmeter, some have these custom url things, like in this picture where it says Chrome, Audacity, Photoshop, etc. How do you change the url for those?
