your setup looks almost exactly like mine, except my logout buttons n stuff are in place of your clock, and my clock is centered. + i have a workspace switcher on the left and I use a dock for my window buttons.
I have a hotcorner for my workspace switcher. I would prefer my clock in the center, but the open window panel is there. Logout and shutdown buttons, along with used applications are located in the menu.
also i really, really loving hate that icon theme. background is nice though, and I can't really tell whether or not your panel has a drop shadow.
Default GNOME icon theme, can't find any icon theme that works with it. I'll make my own soon enough.
The panel does indeed have a drop shadow.
also, what desktop environment is that?
Cinnamon. Much better than MATE and more intuitive than GNOME 3 to be honest.
