It also says "Pro" which implies there's more than one version, and this one has extra features that are not normally obtainable for free.

The pic and the link that Kingdaro posted looks nice and all, with all the other customizations, but since you added the "pro" in the download link it probably would be considered as piracy since pro versions require you to pay..
