Why did you quote a post from March 18th? I'll put this very clearly:

Jim, maker of Happy Wheels, contacted Nova about voice acting a character. They said it would be Gumby. Last update, "pogostick man" appeared in the sort by character list. He removed it with 1.62a. JUST today, 1.63 came out. Pogostick Man was released. Guess what? Nova voices Pogostick Man. If you listen, it is him.

The point: The same day Nova's character is released, you respond to a month old post talking about him getting a character.

I've managed to hurt him, but he is much more resilient. If he had the same vulnerability as the other characters on such a small vehicle, he'd constantly be dying. Jim/whoever had to make him stronger to prevent the inevitable "He dies all the time, he's forgetin' useless. stuffty character." Most of the time, I manage to decapitate him. If you're falling really far, really fast and charged bounce right as you land, you can tear your limbs off. I managed to cut myself in half like twice that way. (Using IT KEEPS HAPPENING level, by the way.)

Also, that reminds me: Pogostick Man is king of IT KEEPS HAPPENING. The replay list for it is filled with extremely low times because he simply bounces up. Lowest is 0.96 seconds.

Pogostick Man seems to have a much lower tolerance for pain than other characters.

It's so easy to make him eat swords, it's hilarious... Then again, this looks like it'd work for anyone.

Pogostick man has the best things to say of any characters and is by far the easiest to do stunts with. He also seems to be able to fall from the highest point to the lowest point on to a spike wall without getting more than a few blood-covered spikes and an "oww".

Actually, the recoil from landing on spikes usually manages to dip my head into the spikes. D: And I keep pogoing RIGHT as I land, which tears my limbs off, and sometimes tears me in two.

Pogostick Man's pogo stick REALLY hates me for killing him. D: I bounced back into these spikes, and the pogo stick actually flew up and smashed my head. Insult to purposeful injury.
